The Newtells Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to Newtells. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
Affiliates earn 20% recurring commission on payments made by referred customers for up to 12 months from the customer's first payment. Commissions are calculated on the net payment amount after any discounts or refunds.
Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links. A 30-day attribution window applies from the date a visitor clicks your affiliate link. Only the first affiliate link clicked within any attribution window receives credit.
Commissions become eligible for payout 30 days after the customer's successful payment. The minimum payout threshold is $40. First payouts require manual review by Newtells. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect.
Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, trademark bidding, misleading advertising, incentivized clicks, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in commission voiding, account suspension, and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Newtells reserves the right to void commissions in cases of refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, self-referrals, or fraudulent activity. Voided commissions will be reflected in your dashboard with the reason noted.
Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, unpaid approved commissions will be paid out within 30 days, provided the minimum threshold is met. Pending or unapproved commissions may be forfeited.
Newtells may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
